Octapharma, Stockholm

For Octapharma’s new 5,100 m² office building on Kungsholmen, the ambition was to create a warm, inviting, and timeless workplace that contrasts with the company’s more clinical production environments.

The interior design by Joliark is characterized by light Scandinavian simplicity, natural materials, and high-quality furniture, all chosen to age beautifully. White-stained ash, warm oak, leather, and lightweight textiles create a tactile and comfortable atmosphere, while the color palette draws inspiration from Swedish summer flowers.

Thoughtful furniture arrangements and enclosed rooms create a mix of open work areas, meeting spaces, and more intimate settings. The fifth floor serves as the building’s social hub, with meeting rooms, break areas, and a dining area. Throughout the building, materials, furniture, and function work together to create a flexible workplace with room for focused work, meetings, and social interaction.

Holmris B8 was responsible for delivering and installing the furniture. With a very tight project timeline, close coordination with the client and construction project manager was key to getting everything in place on time.

Furniture and people have now moved in, and the first cup of coffee has been brewed. Enjoy the photos below.
