A shared headquarters for the new Landal

Following the merger of Landal GreenParks and Roompot, the two companies set out to build one organization with a shared identity. A new headquarters became an important part of this transition, bringing employees together in a workplace that reflects Landal’s warm, modern, and international character.

With CBRE as the architect, the new headquarters was designed to balance a professional working environment with a welcoming, homelike atmosphere. Our Dutch colleagues at BigBrands, part of Holmris B8 Group, were responsible for supplying furniture throughout the office, from workstations and project rooms to meeting facilities and hospitality areas. The furniture was carefully selected to complement the design and support different activities throughout the workday.

Open office areas, informal seating zones, and two fully furnished meeting floors provide space for focused work, collaboration, and social interaction. Warm materials, ergonomic workstations, and flexible furniture solutions bring the different areas together, creating a cohesive environment that reflects Landal’s identity.

The project was completed on a tight schedule. Renovation began in November 2024, and just four and a half months later, the first employees moved in. BigBrands coordinated furniture delivery and installation in close collaboration with the other project partners.

As Joyce, project manager at BigBrands, reflects:

“The project was completed in record time. Less than a year after we received the keys, the entire building was ready to be used as an office. I’m incredibly proud to have been part of making that happen.”

The result is a headquarters that not only brings employees together under one roof but also supports the development of a shared culture for the new Landal.
