Elegant and Timeless Headquarters in the Heart of Nordhavn
The new headquarters for AP Pension in Nordhavn is part of a larger property complex that also houses Nykredit’s main office. The DGNB Gold and Diamond-certified building combines elegant architecture with durable design principles, emphasizing high quality and a classic, timeless expression built to last. The result is bright and inviting surroundings where people naturally thrive.
The interior features natural materials, warm oak surfaces and subdued colours that harmonize with the building’s generous daylight and open atrium. The furniture and spatial layout support both collaboration and focused work, from welcoming café areas and meeting zones to calm workspaces overlooking the harbour.
The project was designed by PLH Arkitekter in collaboration with Niras, with significant contributions from Bine Soelberg, Paulette Christophersen and Rovan El-Daya.
Holmris B8 has supplied all loose furniture, lockers, outdoor furniture and a range of bespoke interior solutions tailored to the building’s architecture and function. Each element has been selected for its quality, durability and timeless aesthetic, ensuring a calm and cohesive expression that endures over time.
