Customer Lounge offers two additional features: login on multiple levels and personal content pages.

Login on Multiple Levels
Give users a range of options:

User type

Level 1: Can see orders placed by all users
Level 2: Can only see own orders
Level 3: Can only see products, but can’t place orders

Max. 25 individual users

Personal Content Pages
Add your own content – such as internal manuals, guides and inspirational material that the entire organization has access to.

Integration with Your Company’s Procurement System – PunchOut
You have the option of integrating your company’s procurement system with Customer Lounge so all order processes are carried out in one place.

We develop the integration in collaboration with external developers and your company’s technical resource, who provides assistance with internal setup and testing of the integration.

To make use of the PunchOut solution, your company must have an inhouse technical resource familiar with your company’s procurement system.
