Holmris B8 welcomes new COO

Holmris B8 is strengthening its leadership team with the appointment of Anders Matthiesen as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO). Anders describes himself as a true operations and supply chain nerd with a deep passion for furniture and design, and he looks forward to joining Holmris B8’s continued growth as part of the executive management team.

With his extensive experience in operations and supply chain management, Anders will help develop and refine our processes, reinforcing the connection between sales, production, and delivery. He has a sharp understanding of how thoughtful planning, clear communication, and close collaboration make a real difference for both colleagues and customers.

What particularly motivated me about Holmris B8 is working with something so visually strong and aesthetic. At the same time, I find it incredibly exciting to work so closely with sales. In his new role, Anders looks forward to gaining a deep understanding of the business and contributing to strengthening both processes and collaboration:

A strong background in operations and supply chain management

Throughout his career, Anders has worked to strengthen and streamline operations across a range of companies, bringing a versatile background that spans the entire value chain – from production and logistics to customer experience.

He previously worked as a management consultant with Deloitte, Accenture, and Implement Consulting Group, and later developed his career at Pandora and most recently at RugVista.

Over the years, he has built a broad professional skill set and a natural ability to work across functions – especially in close collaboration with both sales and the creative side of the organization.

Educationally, Anders holds a master’s degree in Supply Chain Management from Copenhagen Business School.
