It is with great excitement and pleasure that we welcome Malin Gangnor as the new Managing Director for Sweden. Malin will join on September 1 and will play a key role in further developing and strengthening our position in the Swedish market.
Malin is a commercially driven leader with an impressive ability to turn strategy into action and deliver results. She brings broad and solid experience from the real estate industry, along with a strong network and deep market insight that are highly relevant to our business.
She is known for her clear and engaging leadership style, with a strong focus on both people and performance. Throughout her career, she has built strong teams and fostered a culture characterized by accountability, involvement, and direction.

Most recently, Malin has served as CEO of Modus Sverige AB, where she has led a company focused on reusable wall solutions for office environments. She has previously held senior leadership roles at Oscar Properties.
