Breakout Session

During The Funference™, all delegates will participate in one collaborative breakout session designed to encourage teamwork, hands-on innovation, and deliver highly unexpected outcomes.

Networking

Before the evening program begins, delegates are encouraged to strengthen relationships through live music, sports, garden games, and fireside conversations.

This is also the time to refresh and change into evening attire.

Annual General Dance

Join your fellow delegates for the Annual General Dance.

Delegates are encouraged to partake in strategic beverages and spontaneous movement. Expected outcomes include stronger relationships, questionable dance moves, and varying levels of recollection.

How does transport work?

For international colleagues, all flight arrangements are made locally by your responsible office. The HOLMLAND team coordinates all transportation within Denmark.

How does accommodation and breakfast work?

We have arranged for overnight accommodation on Campus Bøgehøj for everyone.

In the morning, breakfast will be available from 7.00-10. 

What should I wear?

If you’re a theme party person, you can go for business casual, conference chic, corpcore. Or just wear whatever you want, honestly!

During the day, we will be spending time both inside and outside, so we suggest you wear comfortable clothes and pack according to the weather forecast. In the afternoon, those who want to can participate in sports activities, in which case you should bring sports clothes.

In the afternoon, we recommend you swing by your room to change into your best party clothes.

Do I have to wear my HOLMLAND t-shirt?
It is entirely up to you if you want to wear your HOLMLAND T-shirt. We want you to have a good day, which means wearing what you feel comfortable in.

Can I change and shower?

Yes, you can change and shower in your room.

Can I bring my own car?

If you bring your own car it’s at your own expense. Parking is available, and the address is Østeralle 56, Ebeltoft.

Can I take a taxi and expense the company?

No, you cannot take a taxi. We have arranged transport to and from all locations and added a few extra stops to make it as convenient as possible.
